VIA Appliance in Augusta, GA seeks an Appliance Repair Technician – Whirlpool Brand Specialist to service customers in their homes using a company vehicle. You’ll diagnose, repair, and educate on appliances with focus on Whirlpool products.

Immediate openings for experienced technicians. Competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and benefits. Must have driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Deliver in-home service experiences for customers
• Diagnose and repair major appliances: refrigerators, washers/dryers, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves
• Troubleshoot refrigeration sealed systems
• Educate customers on repairs and maintenance
• Manage work orders using paperless mobile tech
• Stay current with appliance and smart-home tech
• Complete ongoing training
• Safely operate company vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
• Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
