Advantage Appliance Repair, Inc is currently seeking experienced In‑Home Appliance Service Technicians to service the Greater Charlotte area. We offer very competitive hourly pay, full package of benefits. Individual must be self‑motivated with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Serviced products consist of washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, microwaves, freezers, and refrigerators.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Must meet physical requirements associated with the service repair field, such as continuous bending and lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Experience with R134a and R600a sealed system repairs
• Posses an EPA certification

• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and voltmeters
• Good computer skills
