Hoffmann Brothers in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Appliance Installer to join our growing team.

You will install household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers and more, while maintaining a clean, organized job site and a well stocked truck. You will collaborate with customer experience coordinators and dispatchers to ensure each service call is completed smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in appliance field.
• Ability to communicate with customers clearly and confidently throughout the service.
• Adapt communication style to improve the customer experience.
• Ability to create detailed job notes in the customer's account.
• Willingness to learn and share ideas for process improvements.
• Frequent communication with dispatchers to coordinate scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and installing appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc. to our customers
• Cutting of counter tops and cabinets (excluding granite)
• Observe and test the operation of the installed appliances and make any initial installation adjustments as needed
• Connecting water and gas lines and always double-checking after installation or removal for any gas or water leaks
• Dismantling and reassembling appliances and equipment
