Job summary

Ferguson seeks an Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings in Cincinnati. The role offers a family-friendly culture, excellent benefits, paid training, and multiple career paths.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations preferred.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must maintain a DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 70+ lb frequently and 90+ lb occasionally with assistive devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong reading of product specifications and project plans.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure installations are damage-free, per manufacturer specs, and fully functioning.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Carry driver duties and responsibilities as part of the role.
