Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises seeks Installation Associates to deliver, install and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. The role offers a family-friendly culture, great work/life balance, and full company-paid training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” with excellent customer service.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and remove basic appliances; train provided for custom installations.
• Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances.
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, installed per manufacturer specs, and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
