Job summary
Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a range of appliances in commercial and residential settings. This role offers a family-friendly environment with great work/life balance, full training, benefits, and clear career paths.
You will perform basic appliance installations, ensure proper operation and safety, and interact professionally with builders and customers.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of appliance delivery & installation experience preferred.
- Valid state license required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally.
- Deliver white-glove service with excellent customer care.
- Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic appliance installation; learn custom installations with training.
- Handle and install gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators) accurately.
- Ensure appliances are undamaged, installed per manufacturer specs, and fully functioning.
- Interact courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
- Attend paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated.
- Provide driver duties and responsibilities as required.
