Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. You will perform basic installations, handle gas/electric units, ensure proper functioning, and interact with builders, designers, and customers.

This role includes paid training, a family-friendly culture, and benefits. Schedule is Monday through Friday 7am-4pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must have valid Chauffeurs license
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are damage-free, correctly installed per manufacturer specs, and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities as required.
