You will install and maintain Apple Silicon compute hardware (Mac Mini, Mac Studio) and related networking gear, perform rack-and-stack tasks, and ensure uptime. On-call rotations and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center environments with hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Apple Silicon-based systems (Mac Mini, Mac Studio).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Willingness to work swing shift and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot Apple Silicon compute hardware and network infra.
• Support rack and stack deployments, hardware refreshes, and cabling.
• Monitor hardware alerts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain asset records and participate in on-call rotations.
