Job summary
STARZ is seeking a Client Systems Engineer to administer and advance Apple/macOS client environments across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS. You will manage JAMF Pro/Connect and other endpoint technologies, collaborate with IT Support and Cybersecurity, and contribute to secure, reliable end-user computing.
The role spans Windows endpoints as well, with focus on deployment, patching, and lifecycle operations, including documentation and capacity planning for upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Apple/macOS in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with JAMF Pro, JAMF Connect, or comparable Apple device management tools.
- Experience with enterprise endpoint management and MDM concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Tanium, or similar tools.
- Experience with software packaging, deployment, and patch management.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and deploy macOS configurations and updates using JAMF, Tanium, and other tools.
- Administer JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect in the Apple environment.
- Support lifecycle of macOS/iOS/iPadOS/tvOS devices.
- Troubleshoot Apple endpoint and configuration issues; perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with IT Support and Cybersecurity to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Design and improve client systems and endpoint management services.
- Create technical documentation and SOPs.
