Job summary

The Endpoint Management Analyst at Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt) is responsible for the administration, deployment, and support of MassArt's endpoint technology environment, with primary responsibility for Apple devices and macOS. Provides advanced technical support, software deployment, and lifecycle services across Mac and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management systems.
• Experience administering Apple/macOS devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience with software deployment, patch management, OS upgrades, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Mac endpoint environment across academic and administrative spaces.
• Serve as SME for Apple technologies and provide Tier 3 support for Windows and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and campus partners to deploy software, patches, and manage licenses.
