Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u in New York seeks an IT support technician to maintain hardware, perform software updates, and assist end users. The role involves configuring peripherals, wiring, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to special projects.

Responsibilities include toner management, battery replacements, equipment procurement, and shipping, plus security updates and software installation. Regular on-site work and coordination with stores are expected.

• Check toner level (replace, and order spares as needed).
• Perform IOS updates on Apple Device.
• Remotely validate that LEG/DBG computers are accessible via Ninja remote control and login-free on Sundays.
• Replace batteries for mice every quarter.
• Procure and pick up equipment at Apple stores as needed.
• Help with wire management.
• Package and ship equipment as needed.
• Help with documentation.
• Collaborate on Special Projects (work alongside the senior technician).
• Apply security updates and remediation on systems.
• Assist with software installation.
• Set up and configure peripherals such as printer, charger, camera, video light, etc.
• Assist with collecting outdated or decommissioned desktop hardware.
