Patient Funding Alternatives (PFA) is seeking an entry‑level Technical Support Specialist to provide front‑line support for Apple devices and basic IT issues. You will assist onsite and remotely, configure equipment, and help maintain user accounts with a focus on excellent service.

The role emphasizes problem‑solving, learning new technologies, and documenting known issues to improve the knowledge base. On‑site schedule, occasional flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of Apple macOS and iOS devices.
• Fundamental understanding of Wi‑Fi and basic networking concepts.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to follow technical instructions and learn new systems quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a patient approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for Apple devices for in‑office and remote staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain end‑user equipment (keyboards, mice, monitors, printers).
• Assist with account setup, password resets, and basic app support.
• Document issues and resolutions for the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Track support requests via ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and clear user communication.
