Groundswell is hiring a QA tester to support Appian projects. You will partner with project teams to design testing strategies, execute QA testing across several Appian apps, and document results with test scripts.

You will collaborate with leads and developers to resolve issues, analyze defects for trends, and write user stories. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of QA testing in an Agile setting are required, with travel flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing experience on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Detail oriented with ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts; record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
