Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team. This role partners with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications.

You will perform QA testing across several projects, create test scripts and documentation, and work with developers to resolve issues. Requires 3+ years QA testing, a related bachelor's degree, agile experience, US citizenship, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing experience on software apps (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Detail oriented with multi-project experience.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• U.S. citizen as per contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts and record results.
• Collaborate with leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
