NYC based Prestigious legal services firm seeks an E-Billing Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit appeals for rejected invoices.
• Logging reduced invoices for all clients.
• Following up with firm timekeepers to prepare for appeal replies.
• Negotiating and working with client AP departments to obtain successful appeals and payment of therejected or reduced amount.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from partners for write-offs, late appeals, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience with doing Ebilling for a law firm, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Experience with online Ebilling vendors especially the major Ebilling vednors such as; Passport, Tymetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, Serengeti and Ascent.
• Experience with Ebilling submission tools such as eBilling Hub or BillBlast.
• Aderant user & knowledge preferred or equivalent accounting systems(Elite, 3E).
• Familiarity with third party legal ebilling vendors preferred
