Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety and policies.
