DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Apparel to deliver engaging, confidence-building shopping experiences by connecting athletes with the right apparel for performance and everyday wear.

You will combine product expertise with strong service to drive results and be part of a team that brings style, comfort, and performance together. The role includes onboarding and training responsibilities and adherence to store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledge about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Maintains floor set plans, signage, pricing changes, and inventory presentation to uphold merchandising standards.
• Promotes customer participation in programs such as loyalty and credit offerings.
• Creates an inclusive store environment, ensuring safety, loss prevention and compliant procedures.
