Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking an Apparel Sales Specialist (Outside Sales) for the Northeast territory. You will drive growth in Screen Printing, Direct to Film, Direct to Garment, and Embroidery equipment and consumables, leveraging Grimco’s established sales organization to expand market coverage.

The role is field-based with travel in NJ, NY, PA, and surrounding states; you will personally develop opportunities, visit customers, and support other reps in apparel selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outside sales and account management.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships at multiple levels.
• Comfortable presenting and communicating value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new apparel business across Northeast territory.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding products and solutions.
• Tell Grimco’s story and value proposition to customers.
• Develop and motivate the apparel sales team and peers.
• Maintain 3–4 day field presence with regular travel.
• Build and manage a healthy, moving sales pipeline.
