Job summary

Grimco is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Northeast Territory to drive apparel product sales across Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, and Embroidery. The role focuses on new business development and expanding existing customer relationships while leveraging Grimco’s sales team to accelerate growth.

Based in New Jersey with regular travel throughout the Northeast, the Apparel Sales Specialist will manage opportunities, conduct visits, and provide product expertise.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of professional sales experience, with a demonstrated ability or strong desire to develop new business and build a territory.
• Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with customers at multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized and disciplined approach to opportunity, pipeline, and CRM management, with willingness to learn technical products and production processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Competitive, curious, coachable, driven to succeed and grow.
• Ability to adapt quickly as market, tech, and Grimco Apparel evolve.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new Apparel customers across Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, and Embroidery.
• Grow Existing Accounts: Expand products and solutions with existing customers to boost productivity and profitability.
• Tell the Grimco Story: Clearly communicate Grimco’s value proposition to customers.
• Develop the Sales Team: Motivate and coach Grimco Sales Representatives to pursue Apparel opportunities.
• Maintain a Strong Field Presence: Spend 3-4 days per week in the field; travel across the Northeast; base in NJ or Easton, PA.
• Build and Manage Pipeline: Maintain a healthy CRM-driven pipeline and prioritize high-potential accounts.
