Job summary

Grimco is seeking an Apparel Sales Specialist (Outside Sales) to drive profitable growth in the Northeast. You will own opportunities from new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts across Screen Printing, Direct to Film, DTG, and Embroidery equipment and consumables.

Based in the Northeast with regular travel to NJ/PA branches, you will partner with the Director of Apparel and leverage Grimco’s sales team to accelerate growth, build pipeline, and move opportunities through

Qualifications

• 0-5 years professional sales experience and ability to develop new business.
• Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with customers at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized CRM management; willing to learn technical products, equipment and production processes.
• Self-motivated, independent, able to collaborate without direct management.
• Competitive, coachable, growth-driven.
• adaptable to evolving market and Grimco Apparel business.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: identify, pursue, and win new Apparel customers in Northeast.
• Grow Existing Accounts: expand products and solutions with existing customers.
• Tell the Grimco Story: communicate Grimco’s capabilities and value.
• Develop the Sales Team: motivate reps to pursue Apparel opportunities.
• Maintain a Strong Field Presence: spend 3-4 days/week in NJ/PA, travel to prospects and events.
• Build and Manage Pipeline: maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and CRM activity.
