Grimco’s Apparel Sales Specialist (Outside Sales) – Northeast is responsible for driving profitable growth of Grimco's Apparel business within the Northeast territory (CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT). The role focuses on Screen Printing, Direct to Film (DTF), Direct to Garment (DTG), and Embroidery equipment and consumables.

Formación

• 0-5 years of professional sales experience.
• Ability to prospect and build relationships with customers at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized and disciplined approach to opportunity, pipeline, and CRM management.
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently.
• Willingness to learn technical products, equipment, and production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and win new Apparel customers across Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, and Embroidery.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding products, technologies, and solutions.
• Clearly communicate Grimco's story, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Develop and motivate Grimco Sales Representatives to pursue Apparel opportunities.
• Maintain a strong field presence 3–4 days per week in the Northeast, with travel throughout the territory; time in Carlstadt, NJ or Easton, PA.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities toward closure with disciplined CRM activity.
