Job summary

Winston Resources, LLC in NYC seeks an organized data entry professional to support the Sales Team in a long-term hourly temp role. You will develop and update Excel spreadsheets for major off-price accounts and assist with showroom prep both remotely and in person.

Responsibilities include preparing weekly selling and inventory reports, checking POs against retailer worksheets, coordinating with logistics on order discrepancies, and keeping daily communication with production, design and sales

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience handling data entry / support sales team

Responsibilities

• Develop and update excel spreadsheets as a selling tool for major off-price accounts.
• Prepare weekly selling and inventory reports.
• Check POs for accuracy, make changes to orders as needed, handle shortages and extensions directly with buyers, and manage deliveries.
• Monitor weekly orders that are “in-work” and order deadlines to ensure that due dates are met and communicate with the sales team regarding any delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for discrepancies with orders and EDI.
• Participate in meetings (remote and in person) for design development with design and sales teams.
• Assist in preparation in advance of and during showroom appointments (remote and in person).
• Support daily communication with internal teams, i.e., production, sales and design.
• This person will handle administrative work and support the Sales Team.
