Job summary

You will help maintain floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory while upholding company standards and safety guidelines. As part of the team, you will promote loyalty programs, process transactions when needed, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages customers to return and enjoy their sports journey

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder, aerial lift, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, or private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and store operating procedures and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Contribute to an inclusive store environment and support the team as needed.
