Job summary

In this role you will promote loyalty programs, ensure accurate signage and replenishment, and support the team across all store operations with a focus on inclusivity and customer care.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
