Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, and at heights if needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and signage.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and enroll customers.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; protect company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome and respected.
• Provide all-hands-on-deck support across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
