Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at Sierra Store in Albuquerque, NM, to support receiving and merchandising standards and to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work with a team to ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and stocked while upholding safety and store policies.

Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected, with opportunities to grow within the TJX family. Prior retail and leadership exposure is valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and ensures merchandise is processed for the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains merchandising standards and organizes backroom areas
