Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure an efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and uphold signage standards.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
