Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Coordinate with management to maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promote loyalty programs and customer satisfaction
