Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear seeks an Apparel Production Manager to own the end-to-end production lifecycle for finished apparel goods, coordinating across design, merchandising, sourcing, QA, and logistics. You will manage vendor production with Knights Apparel, monitor WIP, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery to specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong apparel knowledge, proven vendor management skills, and the ability to resolve production risks across multiple time zones with overseas factories

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years supply chain or production management experience.
• Master’s degree considered with 5+ years experience in apparel or related field.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Proven track record in vendor management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor production management for Knights Apparel and coordinate with regional offices.
• Track WIP and adjust timing to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Place and manage purchase orders; maintain seasonal calendar adherence.
• Forecast capacity with regional teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive process improvements with vendors and internal teams.
• Establish KPIs for on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and shipment accuracy.
• Maintain SAP ERP processes and ensure accuracy of POs and changes.
• Provide weekly status updates and escalate risks to leadership and planning.
• Communicate across time zones to support overseas factories and regional offices.
