Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator in New York to coordinate samples across the development and production process, including requests, submissions, approvals, revisions, and delivery.

You will maintain WIP reports, seasonal calendars, sample logs, production trackers, and product records; collaborate with design, merchandising, sourcing, vendors, and factories to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure accuracy of specs and documentation for seasonal

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of apparel production coordination experience
• Experience managing samples and communicating with factories
• Solid understanding of apparel product development and production calendars
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple categories, shifting priorities, and fast-paced seasonal deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with production tracking systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate samples across the development and production process, including requests, submissions, approvals, revisions, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain current WIP reports, seasonal calendars, sample logs, production trackers, and product records.
• Partner with design, merchandising, technical design, sourcing, vendors, and factories to monitor product progress and close open items.
• Follow up with factories on sample timing, production milestones, approvals, quality concerns, and delivery commitments.
• Track production risks related to capacity, materials, quality, timing, or approvals and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Ensure product specifications, color information, sample details, and related documentation are complete and accurate.
• Support fittings, line reviews, vendor meetings, and key seasonal production milestones.
• Prepare concise, timely status updates for stakeholders and keep production files well organized.
