You will drive the full production lifecycle, resolve timing and quality issues, and ensure smooth approvals for trims, color, fit, and packaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in apparel production or manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of garment construction, trims, and production calendars.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Track calendars, milestones and work-in-progress to meet deadlines.
• Partner with vendors, factories, and internal teams to maintain flow.
• Coordinate approvals for trims, color, fit, packaging, and readiness.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting timing, quality, or delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with design, development, logistics, quality and sales teams.
