Job summary

32 Degrees is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee apparel production, coordinating with overseas factories and tracking samples and orders. You will assist with PO data entry and approvals for fabrics and trims, ensuring timelines are met.

The role requires collaboration with Sales and Design, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. This full-time, in-person position sits in Midtown Manhattan, NYC.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in apparel production.
• Bilingual English and Korean preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication and follow up on production status with overseas factories daily.
• Maintain and follow up on time and action calendar for pre-production samples and inspections.
• Analyze and interpret customer manuals for production requirements.
• Input PO data and shipping documents into the system.
• Manage approvals for samples, trims, fabrics, etc.
• Collaborate with Sales and Design teams across functions.
• Communicate production issues internally with Production Managers.
