Edgemine, Inc. is an in-house Apparel Production Assistant role, supporting our women's wholesale line. This entry-level position is 100% in office and offers hands-on exposure to production documentation, data entry, and overseas vendor coordination.

No prior experience required; we welcome eager learners who can collaborate with design and production teams, manage schedules, and help ensure on-time samples, milestones, and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Interest in wholesale fashion production operations.
• Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive communication across diverse teams and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Input production data and updates into the company ERP system.
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors to track production timelines and resolve issues.
• Provide administrative support to the design and production teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sample requests, production milestones, and deliveries.
