Edgemine, Inc. is seeking an in-house Assistant Technical Fashion Designer - Fit to ensure optimal garment fit, construction, and quality for our women’s wholesale line. You will work closely with design, production, and technical teams to align with brand standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in apparel technical design or garment fitting.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and grading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live fit sessions and evaluate fit and construction.
• Review, measure, and evaluate production samples against technical specs.
• Provide clear and timely written feedback to overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with design, production, and technical teams to resolve fit and construction issues.
• Identify potential production, quality, and design challenges early in development.
• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Meet strict production and development timelines.
