Job summary

NYES Protect is seeking a hands-on Production Assistant to support daily operations on the factory floor in Brooklyn. You will manage delivery orders in CRM and Creator Zoho, coordinate trims, and assist with high-volume, specialty orders on a busy production line.

The role emphasizes accurate records, tight timelines, and seamless collaboration between production and office teams. 1+ year in apparel manufacturing and strong organizational skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in apparel manufacturing, production coordination, or industrial administration.
• Familiarity with military/government uniform specs and high‑volume cap/gown manufacturing.
• Strong garment assembly, trims, and automated/manual production workflows.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; Creator Zoho and CRM is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Able to work between production floor and office; bilingual a plus (Spanish/Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and update delivery orders in CRM and Creator Zoho; approve pallets.
• Maintain production logs, inspection records, cut orders, and shared files.
• Assign production tickets and prepare production stickers for gown and mask lines.
• Coordinate shipping docs and logistics for full manual sewing orders.
• Log, distribute, and monitor trim inventory; track fabrics and materials.
• Support other orders and coordinate timelines with leadership; flag delays.
