Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage factory communications and track the lifecycle of styles in production. The role requires coordinating with retailers for color, artwork, fabrics, and samples, and ensuring timely updates via PLM systems and daily emails.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of apparel production experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals, timelines and production status with Time and Action, Work in Process and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions to Design and Tech and relay comments to factories.
• Issue items for approval to retailers and licensors and liaise with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.
