C-Life Group is seeking a Production Assistant to join our New York City team. The role supports the full production lifecycle from initial samples to final delivery, coordinating samples, materials, and records with production, design, vendors, and factory partners.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in apparel production or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and coordinate PP and TOP samples for customers.
• Track development samples, communicate design comments, and follow up on revisions.
• Assist with fabric and trim sourcing, costing, and vendor follow-up.
• Maintain weekly WIP reports with accurate statuses, outstanding actions, and deadlines.
• Support communication with factories and internal teams.
• Assist with issuing purchase orders, ordering trims, and tracking production materials.
• Support the review of lab dips and strike-offs and communicate comments.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on incomplete tasks to maintain the time-and-action calendar.
• Flag delays, missing information, and material issues while helping drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of samples, approvals, costs, and production correspondence.
