Odd Sox is seeking an Apparel Product Specialist to manage product specs, submissions, samples, revisions, and approvals throughout development to ensure quality before bulk production. You will work closely with Design, Licensing, and Production to maintain accurate documentation and review samples against approved specs.

A Bachelor's degree in Product Development or a related field is preferred, with equivalent professional experience considered.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies between specs and samples.
• Comfortable reviewing tech packs, measurements, colors, materials, and packaging.
• Familiarity with product documentation and tech packs.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple products and deadlines.
• Experience with licensed consumer products is a plus.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers or sourcing partners is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product submissions, feedback, revisions, and approvals from concept through final production.
• Coordinate internal product approvals and licensee submissions.
• Prepare and maintain tech packs, measurements, construction details, and artwork specs.
• Ensure development files are accurate before handing off to Production.
• Receive, organize, label, track, and maintain physical product samples.
• Review samples against approved designs, tech packs, and packaging requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and document correction notes with measurements and photos.
• Track approvals to ensure bulk production proceeds on schedule.
• Maintain reference samples and ensure teams use latest specs.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Licensing, Production and other departments.
