Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking staff to hang apparel, transport and display items, and support store operations under Store Manager supervision. Emphasis on processing donations, safety, and maintaining clean, organized spaces.

The role requires quick donor interaction, adherence to policies, and a team-oriented approach to ensure world-class service and profitability targets are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, team members, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Hang apparel and size items for display.
• Assist with quality control and tidy processing areas.
• Maintain 60+ pieces processed per hour.
• Provide world-class customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend in-service trainings and perform duties as assigned.
