Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking staff to support store operations, donor relations, and merchandise processing. The role includes tagging and sizing apparel, transporting and hanging items on the floor, and maintaining a clean processing area.

You will engage with donors and customers, uphold safety standards, and participate in ongoing training to deliver world-class service and ensure efficient, organized inventory management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tag and size apparel and hang apparel onto racks by category.
• Assist with quality control: tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled items; faulty zippers and buttons.
• Maintain a neat, clean processing area and ensure 60+ pieces per hour.
• Provide world class customer service and greet donors and shoppers promptly.
• Follow safety and security practices and participate in ongoing training.
• Perform duties within Guiding Principles and assist with other tasks as needed.
