Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Huntersville, NC is hiring for an entry-level position. No experience required; you will hang and sort clothing, maintain displays, and assist with donations and cashiering in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; training provided.
• Reliable team player with good organization.
• Physically able to stand and move clothing racks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using color tags.
• Move items between sales floor and backroom.
• Count and report items processed daily.
• Keep work area clean and safe by store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform tasks as assigned by store management.
