Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking team members to help hang, sort, and display clothing and items that fund job creation and community programs. Starting pay is $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, plus free training, career development, and benefits for full-time staff.

You will move clothing, stock displays, and participate in donation processing while keeping a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand, hang clothes, and move racks.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
