Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in New Jersey is hiring for a full-time position. You’ll hang, sort, and display clothing to meet daily production quotas while helping customers and supporting donation processing.

Starting pay is $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, plus free training, career development, team member discounts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team players who take pride in a clean, organized workspace.
• Physically able to stand, hang clothes, and move racks.
• Reliable, honest, and respectful of others.
• Willing to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
• Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor; keep displays neat.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
