Job summary

Hybrid Promotions LLC in Cypress, CA is seeking an Order Management professional to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order execution. You will work with Account Managers to resolve order issues, manage daily order profiles, and process re-orders quickly.

Responsibilities include creating sales orders in AS400, issuing packing instructions, and coordinating routing within deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and knowledge of EDI are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in processing sales orders and coordinating with management.
• 1 year experience in EDI processing.
• Familiar with domestic production processes and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Keep Account Managers and Sales Reps informed of issues with sales orders.
• Manage open order profiles daily and update as required.
• Enter item numbers on the customer's website when applicable.
• Process new/re-orders within 24 hours of receipt in the system.
• Review cost sheets for accuracy and return to the manager if incomplete.
• Confirm data entry and assignments in Unity and create sales orders.
• Issue packing instructions and prepare packing slips and ship labels.
• Coordinate routing and update order status in the system.
• Advise Production and Purchasing on Sales Order changes affecting progress.
• EDI duties include translating items and editing incoming POs for accuracy.
