Responsibilities

• Initiate return merchandise call tags and process credits
• Coordinate and expedite special event orders and requests
• Manage art requests with the in-house art department
• Communicate with artists and production teams to resolve design, quality, and delivery issues
• Provide exceptional support to customers and internal team members
