Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers through hands-on in-store work.

You will style mannequins and displays, create trend-forward visuals, and collaborate with store teams to meet deadlines. This role is project-based with flexible scheduling and requires mobile reporting via Winston App.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or related field is preferred.
• Experience styling mannequins and creating engaging displays.
• Portfolio of work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Detail oriented with creativity for presenting apparel displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and drive sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with store teams and management.
• Work independently or in teams across different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet store visit and deliverable deadlines.
• Submit visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via Winston App.
• Report using mobile devices, ensuring compliance with device requirements.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the shift duration.
