Job summary

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins and styling assets.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team members and store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to complete store visits and deliverables on time.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos via Winston App.
