Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field required.
• Experience working with mannequins, assembling and styling.
• Portfolio preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement of apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team members and store management.
• Work independently or in teams across multiple stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure visits and deliverables are completed on time.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback using Winston App.
