Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level in Coos Bay, OR. You will style mannequins, ensure displays reflect brand identity, and drive a polished, trend-forward shopping experience.

The role requires hands-on in-store work, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible project-based hours. A strong eye for detail and good communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, styling).
• Portfolio of work preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and in teams across different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines and store visit deliverables.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via Winston App.
• Report via smartphone: iOS 11+ or newer; Android 2020+ with recent OS.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the shift.
