Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will style mannequins and displays to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers, working hands-on in stores across Memphis, TN.

This independent contractor role offers project-based hours and varied store settings. The position requires strong attention to detail, experience with planograms, and effective communication with store management.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, styling).
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales in apparel and hardlines.
• Communicate merchandising needs to store management and teams.
• Work independently and as part of a team across different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and deliverables meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback using the Winston App.
